How’s it work?

Step 1 — Schedule a 15 minute call to discuss your unique situation.

Every ministry is different. To better understand your needs and pinpoint how we can help, we'd love to talk with you. We answer any questions you might have about the process and ask you any clarifying questions.

Step 2 — Sign our contract.

To start services, you’ll need to fill out our contract (it’s a simple Google Form.) We send you a contract so you can see everything up front, with NO hidden fees.

Step 3 — Meet your new assistant!

One of our project managers will be designated to you. They’ll connect with you via phone or Zoom. Plan to spend some designated time informing and delegating to your new assistant. We ask a lot of questions up front so that you can save countless hours down the line.

Step 4 — We’ll check in.

Every now and then, we’ll reach out to see how it’s going. If issues arise or it doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll address it and possibly even provide a new assistant if needed. You’re never stuck and you always have options.
